Privacy Policy — Happy Choice Kids

Happy Choice Kids is an educational game for children. We pay special attention to the safety of children and the protection of their privacy.

1. Data Collection

• The game does not collect the child’s name, email, or any other personal information.
• Game progress (stars earned in mini-games) is stored locally on the device.
• The game does not use servers to store data, except for the functionality of restoring purchases via Google Play or the App Store.

2. Advertising

• The game uses AdMob Rewarded Video to show short 5-second ads.
• Ads are displayed only when pressing the menu or restart button, controlled by a global timer and Boolean.
• The game does not collect any user data for advertising by itself; the third-party AdMob network may collect non-personal data (for example, the device advertising ID).
• All ads are configured with Designed for Families + COPPA filter to ensure child-safe content.

3. In-App Purchases

• The game includes Unlock All Games + Remove Ads, which is processed through Google Play / App Store.
• Purchase restoration occurs only via the “Restore Purchases” button in Settings.
• If the game is deleted and reinstalled, purchases will not be restored automatically and require manual pressing of the restore button.

4. Parental Controls

• Access to settings and purchases requires a math-based parental control.
• Children cannot accidentally change settings or make purchases.
